Post Tips : calculation of Net present Value. NPV

Investment Amount of today= $2000
Cash flow in year 1= $20
Year 2=50
Year 3 with returning back the investment =2100
Required rate of return = 12% =0.12
Net present value of cash flow = CF1/(1+ks)^1+CF2/(1+ks)^2+CF3/(1+ks)^3

I would always be very careful when it comes to making investments, as you just can’t afford to make wrong ones. I have no worries at all with these things thanks to making Forex Investment, it’s so much easier and helpful with broker like FreshForex, as they are superstar having all top notch benefits from tight spreads to fastest possible execution of trades and best part is their 200% Deposit Bonus, it’s just stunning to say the least.
