Default Is forex trading a reliable source for long term investment?

As the risk factor in forex trading is very high so what are your thoughts in making forex trading your long term investment source?

100% chance you will not be able to at all. many sites allow you trade for fake money. I suggest you open a fake account and trade for your self every day for 1 month straight. if you do not get whipped out with in the first 24 hours,1 week,2 week, 1 month. then maybe you can make some short term gains.

fact is if you are asking about currency trading on a forum and not with your goldman broker you probably have a better chance of making the EmDrive.

I dont want to discourage anyone from becoming the next soros and make a billion on a trade. but im just being realistic, I worked on wall st for 10 years as a broker. i never heard of anyone making money on currency for the long term.

you would have a better chance of day trading stocks, but in reality you will most likely get whipped out in that to sooner or later.

Bill ackman from pershing square is down like 20-30% this year. its a lot harder then it looks. keep your money safe buddy.

you need to trade on a conservative way,
with low risks and only after educating your self to know how to trade.. there is many good FX companies witch help you understand the markets and take you hand by hand and gonna make you a very stable secondary income .

Forex is a good choice to invest your money but before join Forex you need to learn forex because without learning it is very difficult to make good money. Also you need to choose a good and reliable broker like FBS broker.

Forex trading is NOT investing. Can you make a living at it? Only if you start out with A LOT of capital. If you must trade forex, make sure you do it only with RISK capital...money that you can afford to lose without impacting your current lifestyle. Also, do NOT try to trade for a living without having another source of income. Very few people pay their bills through trading profits alone.
