Default Stock calulation formula
I want to know exactly formula to calculate the stock percentage for the following.

Company A offered employee 1-3 year(s) services at 1% and 10% vest per year. Additional 1% from year 4 and 5. If so how do I calculate it. Just said, 3 million shares, class A 60% (voting) and 40 class B (non-voting). Hannah
