Just a quick Warning about getting your free credit rating check by using the 30 day trial credit checks offered on Creditexpert.co.uk. Even if you cancel your subscription with them they will continue to take £6.99 from your bank account until you actually cancel by phone. Something in the small print aparently. It is safer and cheaper to get your credit file directly from the credit reference agency (Usually £1).

same old problem as always, remember Vonage was difficult to get away from and AOL really was trouble, bad customer service you will find anywhere, they count on you being to cheap to go after them, however complain to the licensing authority and look into a possible class action law suit if such or similar exists in UK, I remember there were lawyers who go quite a settlement and amount when sueing against such practises, you may make a couple of thousand bucks
