Default What has the Hong Kong Stock Exchange done?

I was thrilled to learn from yesterday’s local Chinese newspaper that someone finally came out and sue The Hong Kong Stock Exchange for compensation. It is all about the prolonged suspension of trading in Styland Holdings (stock code 211) shares, which has been suspended for 6 years.
I am holding its shares too, and I was frustrated that I can’t sell off the shares to cut down my loss.
Why can’t the Hong Kong Stock Exchange simply resume the trading and let us sell the shares!
