We do. We only charge what we can pay off in full.
My father does as well for his personal and his companies. My mother does not, she likes to pay the minimum and watch her debt grow on multiple cards, all the while bitching about having no money. |

Same here. 100% PAID in FULL every month.
I enjoy using them for my convenience at no cost to me!

For me, 100%... but I know alot of people who made mistakes and cannot. I say mistakes because unless you are financing a company on credit cards (which isn't brilliant) there really is no excuse to not pay it in full unless you got yourself into a hole in the past.
But if you do pay in full - what a deal! You get rewards, convenience, and security over cash. |

I was taught by my pops at a young age that a credit card is to be used as a form of cash. In other words, don't buy something using a credit card that you couldn't comfortably pay for in cash at the time of purchase. So, pay 100% of your CC bill as soon as it comes in the mail.
A credit card should be used as a tool, not a toy. Use it to build good credit and safely purchase things w/out carrying large sums of cash around. |

I used my capitol one card to pay for college... So, I have about $12k on it. I definitely did not pay that in full, however, I have two cards (a Discover that I prefer to use and a Visa that I use where Discover is not excepted) that I use for my day to day living. Those two cards get paid in full every month.
