Default What's a good price to pay?

If a millionaire wanted to hire a single person to perform four functions:

Private jet pilot
Limo driver
Private jet mechanic
Limo mechanic

What would be a good price to pay him for his employment, to be on standby at a moment's notice, 24/7/365, whenever the millionaire might need to go somewhere? By land OR by air.

Please, don't just spout off some high number that would be over half of the millionaire's income! Give me a reasonable price. For example, attorneys that charge about $500 per hour, even if they get their client's lawyer fees reimbursed, will not get all of his client's fees reimbursed because the courts perceive about $125 - $200 per hour as "reasonable."

By that logic, if pilot/chauffeur/mechanic employment wages were capable of being reimbursed on those exact same grounds, what would be a reasonable salary to pay that individual person?

If you can find someone with all four of those qualifications, they should get paid accordingly to benchmarked salaries. Payscale says that private pilots range between $72,055 - $126,533 for Net Jets Inc. But if this guy is going to do all four jobs and be on call 24/7/365, I would go with between $150K-$200k. Most likely on the higher end. You wouldn't pay someone on call like that per hour, their overtime would kill the millionaire's bank account.
