I have several, ING is great, BOA, and a local bank which is recent as I shifted things around to have better access.

I did have a savings acct with HSBC, but that was a fiasco. They canceled a transfer which they thought was suspicious and locked me out of my acct. I had to send a statement to prove where this 5k came from. Mind you, the checking acct from and the one transfer to were linked, approved accts. Now with this, I wanted to close the acct, over 1 1/2 wks, it still was not closed. I had to go in person to a branch to close it. I got my check but.....

Today the acct is still opened ???, with interest in there. I called again and they told me it will be closed. After this, she asked me if I wanted an ATM card....LOL. This stuff with customer service has been going on for over 2 weeks. Whatever they do is very slow, if they do it. Do your research as there are a lot of complaints about them, bank elsewhere like ING, Emigrant is good, Cap 1 etc.

For savings I use ING which has been great. For local I use Wells Fargo (West Coast) which has been great. They have handled some fraud situations I have incurred very professionally.
