what is central bank?
what is the world bank?
is there any relation between the world bank and central bank of a country?

The only way I could see a relation between the two, is if the world bank differs certain issues and decisions to the central banks of various countries.

The World Bank is a part of the UN Structure, Central Banks are responsible for their Nations Currency and financial system and the Central Bank of Central Banks is Bank for International Settlement (BIS), The Word Bank is US dominated and in the Washington DC toolbox and is used and abused as a country lender. There are links but they are slight
