Would you buy

My fiance and I are trying to decide whether to rent or buy. Personally, I want to rent. The cost in our area for everything will be very similar per month whether buying or renting. I want to buy that way someday we have a house with equity. What do you guys think?

Well I too would rather buy a house. It is an investment in your future that you don't have when you rent.
